When multiple users share a Ring doorbell, there is currently no indication that another user has answered the call or is viewing the live feed. This often results in both users speaking to the visitor simultaneously without realising, or neither user answering because each assumes the other has already responded. A simple status indicator showing that another user is connected to the live view would help avoid confusion and improve the user experience.
