Device Offline Notification

There’s an issue with my Ring Doorbell 3 and it randomly goes offline regardless of battery level. This is a serious issue, but the worst part is, I never receive any notice or notification that it’s offline. I won’t notice until I go in front of it and don’t get a person notification. This is such basic functionality, I have no idea how they could have missed it. Ring has been around for over 5 years and they haven’t figured out that an offline notification is one of the most useful notifications you can get? Please add a notification for when a device goes offline. It can be immediate or after a few minutes. Better yet, allow the user to choose how long a device needs to be offline before a notification is sent. But it needs this functionality. And before anyone asks, my WiFi signal is very strong and the router is about 10 feet from the doorbell. It’s not a wifi issue, but a device or server issue.
