We are on a HOA board for our Condo and would like to use devices around our pools.   When the pools are closed and if someone enters an area after hours we would like a custom message something like.   "you have entered an area that is closed, you are being recorded.  please leave or the authorities will be called.  This area will reopen at 9 am tomorrow"  

Either way we want to add a custom message other than, you are being recorded.
