Update: 10/03/2025 It is OFFICIALLY fall AND October, the month of Halloween. There is no Ring update available in the App Store and the app it self still has the “Summer 2025” chime available. Every single app on my phone has updated for fall and Halloween SEVERAL times. Why is this so freaking difficult???? Update the freaking app with all the tones, leave them in the app year round and add new ones from time to time. Figure it out, for **** sake.

Another 10/03/2025 update… I double checked to make sure I didn’t miss an update in the App Store for the Ring App… there was one available. However… NO CHIME UPDATES!!!! Seriously.

I agree that the holiday chimes should be available year round. At the very least, the Halloween ones should’ve been available on the first day of fall. But there have been times (like on a Friday the 13th) it would’ve been nice to have been able to use the Halloween chimes as well. We paid for the doorbell….we should be able to use any of the rings at any time we want to. Having to wait is extremely frustrating and not a good user experience.

Agreed! Come on ring, this is absurd…. I want the howl and cackle back!!! Hopefully before Halloween if it’s not too much to ask.
