Cannot remove battery
My ring phone cannot have the battery removed per the instruction sheet. I have a Battery Doorbell Plus.

Hi @user_ae9a08. The Battery Doorbell Plus does have a removable battery. You'll first need to remove the faceplate to access the battery. The screw for the faceplate is located on the bottom of the device. More information can be found below.
