Ability to adjust Ring Glass Break Sensors sensitivity
Hello! Can Ring please let us adjust the sensitivity in the app for the Glass Break Sensors? Would also like to use them in Home Alarm Mode, but slight sounds like clapping and from the TV, for example set them off! We end up keeping them off now all day (Home and Away Alarm Modes), due to this issue. Thank you!

Something falling on the floor, a loud hand clap, etc. Those are things that cause the glass break sensor to go off. I’ve had 3 to 4 false alarms. No broken glass. I have two cats, so if they knock something down in the middle of the night I’m being awoken to my alarm siren and I’m scrambling out of my sleep to disarm the system and see if there really is an intrusion. Without this feature this makes this product a terrible product.

Agreed! The sensitivity is too high at times, it would be great to adjust it to reduce false alarms. I’ve had two false alarms in the past two weeks, one from plastic snapping and one from cardboard ripping. Waaaay too sensitive.
