Wired doorbell plus
I’ve tried to find the rating on my doorbell transformer but am unable to see the voltage. Based on what I have googled on what I can see I am getting conflicting information on if this transformer will work for my new wired ring doorbell or not.

Hi @user_80a946. The Wired Doorbell Plus must be hardwired, either with the Ring Plug In Adapter or a compatible transformer with 16 or 24VAC, 10 to 40VA (with 30 to 40VA recommended for optimal performance), 50/60Hz. The Ring Hardwired Transformer is an option as well. Since you are unable to locate the voltage on your current transformer, I would recommend consulting a qualified electrician for assistance. They can help in identifying the voltage and determining if the transformer needs to be replaced.
