Consideration of Subscription Fees for Amazon Prime Members
Dear Ring Team,
I am writing as a long-standing customer of both Ring and Amazon Prime to share feedback regarding the subscription fees associated with Ring devices.
Given the integrated ecosystem between Ring and Amazon, I believe it would be beneficial to consider preferential subscription options or bundled benefits for Amazon Prime members. Competing brands, such as Eufy, offer comparable products without ongoing subscription costs, which has led many consumers to explore alternative solutions.
Introducing enhanced value for Prime members could further strengthen customer loyalty and reinforce Ring’s position as a market leader in smart home security.
