I have been locked out of my account Ring have updated my email BUT NOT WITH MY NEW ONE The tel helpline said the only way I can access my account was through the new incorrect e mail which has apparently been verified by someone I am paying for the contract and even though I can prove I am the account holder they will not help I asked if it could be suspended because I fear hacking and compromised data protection NO I asked if the old e mail could be reinstated, NO I disconnected my bell and cameras I considered another subscription but the several cameras and bell are linked to the false email and need permission from this account to release the camera and bell I tried to escalate the complaint with no success HAS ANYONE ANY IDEAS
