Hi there, I have purchased Ring wireless doorbell and it works great but as soon as the free trial subscription ran out, I stopped being able to talk to people when they rang the doorbell.

Is this a fault on my end, do I not have notifications set up, or is that feature only available on the paid subscription?

I only want to talk to someone if they ring the doorbell, I don't need to have storage for recordings or motion detection. I thought the ability to talk when someone rang the bell was part of the product, not an optional extra. Can someone please confirm.
