Doorbell solar charger
Installed a solar charger to my doorbell but showing 100% charged all the time but tells correct charge without solar charger connected. Have done a factory reset, reinstalled the app and done a reboot but the app still shows 100% all the time. Can anyone help.Thank you very much

Hello, thanks for answering. I have a first generation usb c battery doorbell. Without the charger connected it says 79% then when I connect the Ring solar charger after an alert it says 100%.. I think the solar charger may be charging but it's hard to tell?. Thanks again if you have any idea.

Hi @user_db74b8. What specific doorbell model do you have? What is the battery percentage when the Solar Charger is not connected?
