About the order : Order XXXXXXXXXX-196444 and Order XXXXXXXXXX-196446 and

Hi team ,My order were cancelled without any valid reasons. I had paid using credit and debit card and there was no issues with funds. I contacted chat support and they misguided me that Ring only accepts paypal and disconnected the chat. Very very poor customer service.On website it clearly accepts payments from credit and debit cards. Now the sale is over and i cant avail the discounted price. Its not my fault.This is a serious disappointing thing from Ring.
