I am a landlord.  The tenant left a hard wired floodlight camera attached to the property and that camera has now been in my possession for very many months.  Ring told me the device could be transferred to me on presentation of the tenancy agreement and the termination notice but when speaking to different people at Ring they simply refer to the ownership transfer process which will not work in my case as I cannot contact the tenant.Has anyone got the solution?

    Hi @user_bc00cb. I would also refer you to the Device Transfer Process. If you've been told something different, I would suggest giving us a call so we can look into this with you.
