New Phone, tried to login to account - ring tells me I need to create a new account

Had to get a new phone as my other phone stopped being able to use as a phone. The transfer of information did not go smoothly. I tried to login to Ring, it doesn’t recognize me any longer and is telling me to set up a new account. My Ring is paid for and is also connected to my entire family and an Amazon echo show. I can’t speak with a real person on tech support. I went into 10 minutes of trying to navigate for help and couldn’t get any.
NONE of the categories I am forced to select below are helpful.
