Hi @Radlands. The Live View will not automatically pull up when the Doorbell is pressed, but you can use voice commands to pull the Live View up on your Echo Show. You can follow the instructions in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031246432-Using-Alexa-to-control-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-) to do so. Additionally, you can use [routines](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031606811-Creating-a-Routine-with-Alexa-and-your-Ring-Device-) with your Ring device and your Alexa device. Just got this to work this past weekend....First add a routine to alexaThen choose device ( doorbell name)Next choose (you have the option of doorbell rings or senses motion)Add "Custom" .... typing "show me the (named view like front door)" (this will auto add alexa, to it)Next choose which device(s) to show on.It's been working good... I chose motion because it still takes a few seconds to connect and motion should occur before anyone actually gets to the doorbell.

I know this is an older topic, almost 1 year now, but I remember that the first week I installed the Ring doorbell, it would indeed popup in Alexa Echo Show 5 I have. There is a setting in the Ring app to send notifications to an Amazon Alexa device.However, that stopped working and I can't get it back working, even disabling and re-enabling the skill in Alexa.I tried the routine and it seems to work but the trigger event does not fire. If I manually test the routine, it works great, but if I go out and press the doorbell, it seems the trigger is not being sent to the Alexa network. In the Routine Activity, there is nothing.Could Amazon have disable this?
