Entry Delay is not working

Hello communityI activated entry delay of 60 seconds on away mode. But when I enter my home and go to the keypad, the alert goes instantly on. What did I do wrong? Thank your very much in advance for your help.

Hi @user_0d84cf. Is the door you are entering through listed as a Primary or Secondary door? If this is a Secondary door, you will not have a delay and the alarm will immediately sound. You can find more information here.
