Alexa not finding Rng devices

I have been dealing with this for about two weeks. Alexa stopped controlling Ring commands (I think around July 27th). I've gone through all the troubleshooting. Deleting/downloading both apps. Disabling the Ring Skill in Alexa and re-enabling (successfully connecting the two Apps using appropriate cretentialing). When I enabled the Ring Skill in Alexa, the Ring App auto-updated showing my connected Amazon echo devices and the a successful link to Amazon. No matter what I do, Alexa is not finding the Ring devices. I've had the two systems linked for several years, so this just came out of no where. I spend several weekend hours on the phone with Amazon Help and Tech Support. Tickets have been opened, but they still have no resolution. Due to disability issues I need this connection to work with Alexa. We've integrated the Alexa viewers, Ring doorbells, and Kwikset locks so that we can unlock the doors when needed without dealing with our physical limitations. It has been a life saver for us, and the past three plus weeks without this functionality has been a huge burden. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
