Hi Tom I have a similar case, but I had a broken camera on a Home Basic Plan. I installed the new cam, deleted the old one and now dashboard is telling me to delete my plan. The new one is running it's free trial. Will the new one switch over as you mentioned above?

THi @user_fcad16. I suggest logging in on Ring.com and clicking the Plans tab. This will show you your account status. If the new device is associated with the plan, the plan will resume once the free trial is up. If there is no plan associated with the new device, you'll need to cancel the old plan and subscribe to a new plan with your new device. If canceling an old plan, you'll receive a prorated refund based on the amount of time used on the plan. Let me know if this helps.

Hi @user_22e7ff. Yes, the free trial is typically for 30 days and ends automatically. Once the trial is over, your Home plan will seamlessly be switched to your primary plan. No need for concern.
