I just received an Email from Sophie from Ring and yes how do they know my name and my Ring log in Email? I get random Phishing emails now and then but they don't include my name, has Ring been hacked to gain access to our details?

Yip, you and me both, my full name, not just Ian, that is in my email address. 

the URL is avdtrk.com and although it went to Spam folder, the fact that it had my full name made me question. that URL is picked up by Norton as dodgy, so I came here, glad I didn't click it.
