Exhausted to make Live View work
First, the issue: I had two Ring cams installed in my house outside the US, and they were perfectly working for nearly two years, I used them in full while living in Vietnam, spoke to my family over Live view, etc.About 6 months ago, when I attempted to start Live view, it took a terribly long time to establish a connection, then it was established at last, but I was only able to have really short conversations over it ( no longer than 30 seconds ).These conversations were of really good quality! No issuesAbout two weeks after that, I'm not able to even start Live view at all -- the app spins and spins, saying "Connecting..." and then gives up. Tried the same on my MacBook in the browser -- no effect. But what's strange is that I'm able to see recordings, which camera made! The camera never went offline at all! It records videos and stores them on the Ring server! I also checked the network connectivity history, and it *never* was unhealthy, so camera can connect to the local wifi in my house and send recorded videos to the Ring's server.I also asked my ISP, and they said that they never filter or block any traffic, which might be related to the camera. Then I got back to my house from Vietnam to check if I will be able to see the Live view while I'm home and in the same network, where my Ring cam is located.*THIS ALSO DIDN'T WORK!* No live view! Thus, I believe that either of the following is true:1. ISP still blocks the traffic, but tech support is incompetent to know this2. Ring blocks video traffic based on the fact, that camera is located outside the US.Yet this is very weak hypothesis, given that all other paid functionality is up I'm simply exhausted in hypotheses, probably you can help? What I really did so far:1. Rebooted Ring2. Rebooted the router a few times3. Tested connection strength ( it is and always was RSSI-52 and never degraded below that )4. Moved the camera really close to the router5. Force closed the app6. Purchased a brand new phone in California and installed the new Ring app on it, then logged in to my account and was not able to do Live view, even in the same network, where my camera is!7. Recharged the battery till full8. Disabled VPNs and used other phones without VPN at all9. ISP just said that these ports are NOT blocked:TCP: 80, 443, 9002, 8557, 9998, 9999, 19302UDP: 53, 123, 19302, 16500–65000 (ephemeral range used by WebRTC/RTP)All these things didn't deliver the resolution! What's on my to do list is factory reset and remove and re-add the device, but I'm skeptical about the effect of these.WDYT? Any crazy ideas to try, or I'm missed evident tests?

Hi @user_6a8e69. Since these devices are being used outside of a supported region, there is no guaranteeing their functionality. You can find the list of supported regions here: https://ring.com/country-selector.
