Echo Hub not working so the ring
troubleshooting
Why won’t my ring video show up on my echo hub? I’ve enabled the skill in the Alexa app, set up ring notifications and when we ring the doorbell it rings but does not show the video it just keeps saying “waiting for ring.com”

Hi @user_6a3f46. Try activating the Live View on the Ring app to see if it loads without issue. This will help us determine if the issue is isolated to the Echo Hub, or if it's also a connectivity issue on the Ring Doorbell. If the Live View loads fine in the Ring app, check that Doorbell Press Announcements are toggled on in the Alexa app. Ensure that the Echo Hub is selected as an Announcement Device as well.
