Video Doorbell 2nd Gen does not connect to the Internet

Video Doorbell 2nd Gen does not connect to the Internet. It has worked well for more than three years, but after charging the battery it no longer connects to the Internet. The surveillance camera's battery was also charging, but it connected to the Internet immediately. Is the doorbell broken or what can I do?

Hi @SeppoFIN. What happens when you try to reconnect your Doorbell? Does it fail and flash a left, top or right light?
