Ring Door Bell - Issue with payment to subscription for Ring Solo Plan

I am attempting to subscribe to a Solo Ring Plan, I have attempted various times since Saturday 9th May, 2026 with no success.The cost of the plan is £49.00, however after I have input my payment details I am charged 0.00 and I am gives the message that my payment details are not recognised.I have made purchases with my payment details on other sites since Saturday and there has been no issues.Can you please let me know how to proceed to purchase a Solo Ring Plan for my ring doorbell.I previously had 2 ring door bells (front & rear doors to my property) however I have moved and I now only have 1 door which requires the ring door bell.In the App & in the website there is only the 1 Ring door bell being displayed which is correct (along with the chime).Having the Ring door bell is security …. Which is not secure when it cannot record.
