I got a ring doorbell back in May/June 2025, finally hooked it up and it worked for three days and stopped. We did all of the things suggested to fix it and it’s still not working. I saw that the certified cameras come with a year return, but when I put in the order info, it said it wasn’t eligible. What am I missing?
