Ring App recordings will not download
troubleshooting
Ring App recordings will suddenly not download On my wife’s phone. They all appear on the list and notifications are all on history but when you try to download they just come up black. My phone still works perfectly. Thanks for any help

Hi @user_c8205b. Could you share an example of this? Is your wife added as a Shared User on the Ring device you are trying to download recordings from or is her phone logged into your Ring account as well?
