The fact that RING users cannot report harassment by minors for ringing doorbells and running away MULTIPLE TIMES WITHIN A WEEK to their 'neighbors' with a video is absolutely ridiculous. This leads to neighborhood terrorism of vulnerable persons in addition to increasing the risk of harm received by said minors performing the activity!!! REASSES THIS RIDICULOUS POLICY IMMEDIATELY!!

How are we to protect our community if our law enforcement is so underfunded that at least 700 more officers need to be hired JUST TO DO ROUTINE PATROLS!?!?!?  Riddle me that!  

If we, the victimized, who have mobility, medical, or other conditions that prevent them from fully participating in society are unable to facilitate in protecting our neighbors by posting descriptive information and imagery of the offenders, then how does it benefit us when we must wait for HOURS to file a nonemergency crime report with an officer and show them video that is a pain to locate.
