Customer support not responding
hardwired-security-cameras

Purchased 3 pack spotlight cam plus wired black external cameras on 6 November 2024. All three hard wired and installed by electrician. After one month one stopped recording, replaced although with a white product rather than black (apparently black out of stock).

December 2025 a second camera stopped working. Contacted customer services (Philippines), camera to be replaced. Replaced camera arrived, battery version. Contacted customer services again – no black hard wired version available in stock for replacements. The hard wired black version available on Amazon (owner of Ring) are only available for new customers to buy! Continued to contact Ring customer services.

Last contact 10 February 2026. Agent will escalate the case to leadership. They will call back within 24 – 72 hours. No call back received. No replacement camera received. Can anybody help?
