      Ring Support is NOT Customer Service.  There is no email or traditional business address for Customer Service or any mechanism to submit a complaint.  When you phone Ring Support the individuals on the other end (for UK they are based in Eygpt) the individuals are well drilled to respond with scripted answers.  These will include how sorry for the inconvience, how appreciative they are and how they understand your frustration but the response will be the same.  You will have had to buy the product directly from Ring, and if faulty and you have an active subscription they will replace any faulty device free of charge but cannot guarantee when as they have no visibility to their Internal Warehouse inventory, and if the item is Out of Stock they cannot let you know when the replacement will be sent to you.  This is despite the item is readily available from many other re-sellers like Amazon, Argos, ScrewFix, Currys etc.  I have been waiting for 2 weeks because I am insisting on a like for like replacement.  I need the product in Black but Ring's internal supply chain has a Global constraint on the product in Black. Unbelievable.

    I have moved a stickup cam which is working as normally, but I cannot get to the bird eye function to change it.The camera does not show as a connected device in the app. But works on my LAN as before I do not want to uninstall and reinstall the camera starting with the QR code, just reduce the active 

    scanned area to be as it was.

      Hi @user_561260. Just to confirm, you are stating that the Ring app is saying your Camera is offline, which is not allowing you to adjust your settings for the Camera?
