Someone else is on my account
Hello, I think my ex is still on my account. I changed my password when we split up etc but my garden light turns on and off and I’ve set it to off. He is not showing on devices as being connected but I think he may have saved the details on the handset he used when we were together. I have added an authenticator app to my Ring account but I’m still sure he is connected. If I contact customer services tomorrow in working hours, will they be able to tell me? And remove him if he is? I live alone now and the idea he is watching me is sick. I can’t get up on ladders to reset the cameras either so contacting customer services is all I can think of doing? Any ideas or suggestions gratefully received? Thank you.

Hi @user_52794e. You have complete control over what devices are logged into your Ring account. If you navigate to Authorized Client Devices under the Control Center, you can see all authorized devices, and remove them. It's also always recommended to change your password if you're worried your account has been compromised.
Which Ring Camera do you have? The device name is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. I can help with general troubleshooting here on the Ring Community once I know which device you have.
