The Icon on my phone app has dissapeared, the only way to access anything is to open the "apps" in settings on my phone and scroll down to the "ring" app.I'm already extreamly disatisfied with the price upgrade/fruad/robbery your company has adopted,so convince me why I should stay with your company? Im missing the incentive entirely.Its certinly not customer loyalty because you have shown that means nothing to you.
