Hi, I need help with my Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen). It has completely failed.
The doorbell stopped responding entirely.
Here’s what’s happening:
The battery was showing a blue spinning light while charging, but now shows no LED at all
The doorbell shows no lights under any circumstances
Pressing and holding the setup button for 20–40 seconds does nothing
The device will not enter setup mode
I’ve tried reseating the battery, charging it separately, and doing a full reset
It looks like a complete internal hardware failure affecting both the doorbell and the battery.
