Spam messages in Neighbor

My neighbors and I are getting some sort of spam messages. Someone has either hacked the neighbor feed or is being very immature. For weeks we were getting alerts Under Security asking "how are the road". I kept blocking them. Today we are getting "Power outage?". At one point 10 came through at the same time. What's the best way to report this? We are all getting frustrated. It was interesting because I responded to one of the "How are the road" posts saying that it would be nice for the person to stop and find something else to do and stop being childish. I got an email back from Ring that my post was blocked because it didn't meet standards. WE are truly frustrated and we don't want to stop notifications about Safety and Security.
