My ring moderator keeps refusing to post my video of two teenagers approaching my front door at 3:30am while covering their faces. I wanted my neighbors to be aware of this or recognize them. My dog barked when one of them got to the door, so they ran off. Why will the moderator not post my video??? I need an explanation. They could have broken in, kicked in the door, who knows, but it's a safety issue and they're not treating it as one. Someone contact me with an answer
