Fake repetitive posts in Neighbors app

It's seems that a mischievous teen has access to someone's account near me and repeatedly spamming posts that repeat the same thing to the Neighbors app. I have used the report function numerous times trying to get the attention of Ring.com moderators or whoever is responsible for filtering this garbage. What is the next step to escalate this complaint? Thank You!
