This is our third Ring doorbell. It just doesn't work. Very little, if any, is captured in the evening or night. Even in daytime it doesn't always pick up a white car of ours that comes and goes. Sometimes it does. I don't have any motion schedules set up. I don't have any "ignore this car or person set up". I only have 1 zone set up.  I have the motion sensitivity set at max, no smart alerts. I have it set at home. Same wifi .

This Ring Pro doorbell was a gift. We've tried to make it work, but it just isn't. Did you have a group of bad ring doorbells? If it's operator error, what am I doing wrong? Please tell me the basic settings to video cars, people, coming and going 24/7. I'm not set up with Alexa, etc., nor do I want to. Help. Cindy
