What did you do ?
I cabt stay conneted to the app I have to go through the whole rigmarole everytime I start te App..youre making it unusableplease correct this

Hi @user_27d5cc. Are you referring to the Ring app, or the Alexa app? When you log into the Ring app, you should remain logged in, as long as you're regularly accessing the app. If you haven't opened the Ring app for 30 days, or you've cleared the app cache or data, you will have to log in again.
