Hey neighbors. To view the Live View from your Ring Doorbell or Security Camera on a smart TV, it's recommended to use an Alexa-enabled Fire TV, as this a supported integration. Other smart TVs from other brands may or may not have an Amazon Alexa app on them that you can use to access the Live View, but there is no guarantee. Well apparently, to the contrary to what many of the findable post say, this isn’t possible.

one of the few usefull use cases for integration and Amazon and Google can’t get their heads out of their €€}€# to make it work.  

There is no Alexa app on the goggle play store from working the Bravia tvs. 

The Alexa app on my smartphone does have my tv connected but that’s of no use. I want to tell my Echo in the room to show me my front door on my tv. They are liked already. But all I get is “not possible on this device”.

Hi @user_10cd17. The only supported integration for this would be via the Amazon Alexa app. If your TV doesn't natively have the Amazon Alexa app, the support for integration just isn't there. Thank you for your interest in this and in the meantime, you can add this request to the Feature Request board, where your sentiment can be recorded.
