I starred a few videos in my ring app (thinking they would be saved for 180 days). Today I tried to retrieve my videos and they are gone. I read somewhere today that videos are only kept in the cloud for 60 days.  I need to retrieve these videos asap. Unfortunately I did not download the videos onto my phone. Does anyone have any suggestions ? I will be calling customer support tomorrow am. I need these videos for a court hearing.
