Apparently ring camera footage deletes after 180 days. We wanted to find the footage and save it because our lease to our house ends this week and the ring came with the house so we won't be taking it. The footage is apparently to old and is gone forever and so are the memories on it, we will never see our friend again and wanted to keep the memory of the footage we last had. Has anyone been able to retrieve old footage contacting ring? Please let me know if you had success.
