Pan & tilt not returning to home position after a power cut
troubleshooting
Having set and stored a home position on the indoor pan & tilt camera, following a power cut, the camera does not return to this position but instead, faces the wall! I would have thought that the whole point of setting a home position would be to avoid issues like this!

Hi @rethomas. I agree, that should not be happening. Try rebooting the cam. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it and reconnecting it to wifi. This will ensure that the device has the latest firmware installed. Let me know if this helps?
