Unable to reconnect
troubleshooting

Upgraded modem and info will not reconnect. Unable connect again once deleting. Cannot connect to ring network. Help!

      I list wifi due to a century link issue, got it back and upgrade to new modem. Turned off the 5Ghz. I have reset the device multiple times. Issue I keep having is once it through setup it stated unable to connect to ring network. Also having trouble getting device into setup mode. I have a older wired pro 2. I have also deleted my device and tried installing it as new.
