I have a Spotlight Cam plus with a solar panel. The camera is working fine. However, the solar panel is not showing as connected when I check the device health. How can I fix this. It appears from other posts I've seen in this forum that this is a common problem. I've tried all the "fixes", i.e, installed the battery, uninstalled and re installed the device, etc but none of it works. I bought the solar panel to save me from having to scale a ladder all the time to charge the battery. It's very annoying that the solar panel isn't connecting.
