Mailbox sensor specs
troubleshooting
My sensor no longer sends notifications. Had it <1month. Only difference I see is the outdoor temp is MUCH warmer. Is there a temp range for the sensor? FWIW, the mailbox is in a brick pier with the mailbox door pointing south.

Hi @requiredusername. The operating temperature for the Ring Mailbox Sensor is -4 to 122°F (-20°C to 50°C). If it's really hot outside, the inside of the mailbox could be above that operating temperature and potentially cause issues. Is the Mailbox Sensor showing as offline in the Ring app?
