Hi @user_81b67f. What happens when you attempt to reconnect your Floodlight Cam to your Wi-Fi network? What error message is displayed in the app when trying to reconnect? Additionally, does your camera enter setup mode when you press the setup button on top of it, indicated by a voice prompt confirming that setup mode is active?
