For the last week I’ve been getting a notification that makes absolutely no sense. I get it several times a day. The link goes nowhere. It always states” video not available “. I’ve removed devices that are not mine. There were several from a Safari device - which is not where I log in on RING. I’ve seen on the internet that others are getting similar alerts and have Safari logins since RING’s May 28th update. I’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled. Still getting the same notification. The only way to eliminate it is to turn off all notifications which negates the reason for RING.

    Hi @user_12355b. Does this show up as an event in your Event History? Are you able to view a recording for the times that align with these events? What type of phone and what iOS version is this.
