My wife has died and is the account the account holder - calling and chatting to Ring agents proving very unhelpful. Seems to be no process
I lost my wife who is the account holder.i asked to transfer over to me. But no process or help. I am told i must create an account and make sure all devices are switched off for at least 48 hours……..how can this be right. I am then at risk for that period for criminal activity, missing deliveries etc. I am just told by agent “sorry it’s our policy”. Has anyone had to deal with this situation ?.
