There is absolutely no way I could get help for my problem. Ring does not have any channel for customer support. There is only polite AI chatbot which cant answer any any questions.

My bank has blocked payment coming from Ring. Reason to be that all credit card payments from USA are blocked by default, because in USA it is possible to charge credit card only using credit card number. This is actually very disturbing fact also. I wonder when US will finally catch up with the modern world when it comes to credit card payments.

But real problem is this; I have discussed with my bank that this payment is OK, and now it should work if/when payment is coming again.

Problem being that there is no way to trigger payment again. Ring web site only has feature to change payment method. But there is nothing wrong with my credit card connected to my Ring account. So I don't want to change my payment method. Why there is not a button which resends payment. Now I just get email warnings that my account will be closed if I don't change my payment method. Naturally that email comes from no-reply email address.

Most frustrating thing is that there is absolutely no way to contact Ring and ask them to resend that payment.

Only support available is just a low-intelligence AI chatbot that's been programmed to apologize whenever it can't help.

Ring products are good, have been using them 7 years already. It is sad that customer support is horrible.

I'm not expecting anyone reading this message but wrote it anyway. Or maybe that useless dumb AI chatbot sends me some apology again.
