How can i turn off motion alerts on all my phones for ALL USERS without having to go to every phone and do it individually? When the guys are here for an hour doing landscaping the racket caused on 4 different phones is crazy, but when i turn alerts off on one phone they still keep coming through on the others. I think i have tried everything, but i must be missing something.

Hi @Mar1018. Each user has to go in and adjust settings for motion alerts. There is not a universal user adjustment. An easy way to do this is to tap the Moon icon on the Ring app, located in the upper right corner. This allows you to Snooze all cams.
