The (Edited per community guidelines) chat bot and the farmer out call center
For over a month I kept getting messages that subscription had expired, even though it doesn't expire until the 1st of December. Why? I got a message just telling me that I didn't have a monitoring service that I was self-monitored so then when I went in to check my status wouldn't let me because I'd first gone to AI chat to see if there was some kind of known problem. I couldn't get rid of the beta test AI chatbot until I finally figured out that I had to go in and manually close the program. Every time I'd go to anywhere on my app the chat box would overwrite me. When I went on ring.com to be there. I ended up finally calling (Edited per community guidelines) and they said I had subscription but I asked how come I was getting notified that I didn't. A gentleman that I spoke to spoke such poor English that he couldn't explain to me that he didn't know. When I asked for another person there that could speak clear English then he got mad and thought I was asking for his supervisor. I hung up after 20 minutes of waiting for somebody to get on the line. After speaking with him then he called me back twice just to harass me. He called me back and told me don't hang up and after 10 minutes of that I hung up and called back. It's ridiculous. It's obvious to me that their call center isn't professional and also that this was nothing but pure malicious harassment from a call center in India.
