I am getting very frustrated when I try to post helpful suggestions in the Ring Neighbors app. For example, the last several days dozens of people were complaining that they are unable to shovel snow themselves and their homeowners associations don't provide this service. I tried to post a suggestion that they should get together (there is strength in numbers) to ask their homeowners associations if they could make arrangements with snow removal companies for a bulk price so that we can then contract with them directly and be assured reliable service at a reasonable price. Your robot found this offensive and against your community guidelines. I spent 35 minutes trying to reach a human being to ask them why and she was of no more help. What is this app for if it's not to communicate helpfulness with your neighbors? Or is it only for people who have lost their cats?
